What you will do

Acquire, grow, and retain a book of commercial lines clients across Canada (excluding Quebec).

Advise owners, founders, and risk managers on coverage structures across lines such as commercial general liability, professional liability, cyber, commercial property, business interruption, and D&O—coordinating with Summit’s account management team for policy curation.

Compare markets impartially as an independent brokerage to secure value and fit; explain recommendations with clear documentation and proactive renewal strategies.

Orchestrate a smooth client journey from quoting to binding to servicing, collaborating closely with account managers and underwriting partners.

Champion Summit’s transparency standards in every proposal and renewal; reference and align with our How We Get Paid commitments.

Support clients through incidents by coordinating with Summit Claim Services for fair, prompt outcomes.
What you will bring

Comfort operating in a modern, tech‑enabled workflow (CRM, digital applications, intake forms, and data‑driven remarketing).

Current or eligible provincial general insurance licensing (Summit provides paid licensing support). Experience in commercial lines is welcomed; drive and coachability are essential.
